Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland father and legal U.S. resident, was torn away from his 5-year-old son by ICE agents in an IKEA parking lot. No warrant. No trial. Just a cold, calculated abduction.

Trump’s agents then deported him to El Salvador, where he’s now locked inside one of the world’s most brutal maximum-security prisons.

Then, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously — 9 to 0 — that the Trump administration must return Kilmar to the U.S.

Trump is ignoring the ruling. He’s defying the highest court in the land. Spitting on the Constitution. And daring the rest of us to stop him.

This is more than a tragedy — it’s a five-alarm constitutional crisis. If Trump can tear families apart, break the law, and ignore the Supreme Court without consequences, the rule of law is dead — and none of us are safe.
